SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR MANAGING CORROSION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable continuous measurement and management of thinning of a metallic installation caused by corrosion and the like in terms of shape, size and location.SOLUTION: A corrosion management system includes; a current supply device configured to send current through electrodes installed on a monitoring target metallic installation or through a magnetic field generating conductive lines provided in the vicinity of the metallic installation; a magnetic field measurement device for measuring a magnetic field distribution on a surface of the metallic installation; and a measurement management device configured to compute shapes, sizes, and locations of sections of the metallic installation that have been thinned by corrosion and the like based on a result of the measurement made by the magnetic field measurement device, and to generate a three-dimensional shape corresponding to the thinned metallic installation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】金属設備の腐食等による減肉の形状と大きさ、位置を、継続的に計測管理できるようにする。【解決手段】監視対象の金属設備に設置された電極あるいは金属設備の近傍に設置された磁界発生用電線に電流を印加する電流印加装置と、金属設備表面の磁界分布を計測する磁界計測装置と、磁界計測装置の計測結果に基づいて、金属設備の腐食等による減肉の形状と大きさ、位置を算出し、減肉後の金属設備に対応した三次元形状を生成する計測管理装置と、を備えた腐食管理システム。【選択図】図１
