Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air bleeding device of a construction machine, which can easily discharge air remaining in a pilot pressure oil supply pipe line.SOLUTION: An air bleeding device of a hydraulic excavator 1 of the present invention comprises an on-off valve 25 which is formed branching from a pilot pressure oil supply pipe line 16, opens when pressure in the pilot pressure oil supply pipe line 16 is below a predetermined pressure P1, and closes when the pressure in the pilot pressure oil supply pipe line 16 is the predetermined pressure P1 or more, a drain pipe line 18 leading the hydraulic oil passed through the on-off valve 25 to a hydraulic oil tank 17, and a pressure regulation part 19 regulating the pressure in the pilot pressure oil supply pipe line 16. The pressure regulation part 19 sets the pressure in the pilot pressure oil supply pipe line 16 to be larger than pressure in the hydraulic oil tank 17 and less than the predetermined pressure P1 to discharge air in the pilot pressure oil supply pipe line 16.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】パイロット圧油供給管路に残留したエアを容易に排出することができる建設機械のエア抜き装置の提供。【解決手段】本発明の油圧ショベル1のエア抜き装置は、パイロット圧油供給管路16から分岐して形成され、パイロット圧油供給管路16内の圧力が所定の圧力P1未満であるときに開き、パイロット圧油供給管路16内の圧力が所定の圧力P1以上であるときに閉じる開閉弁25と、この開閉弁25を通過した作動油を作動油タンク17へ導くドレン管路18と、パイロット圧油供給管路16内の圧力を調整する調圧部19とを備え、この調圧部19は、パイロット圧油供給管路16内の圧力を作動油タンク17内の圧力よりも大きく、かつ所定の圧力P1未満に設定してパイロット圧油供給管路16内のエアを排出するようにした。【選択図】図2 |
