FABRIC STRUCTURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fabric structure that inhibits the possibility of occurrence of curl and the possibility of occurrence of delamination even if subjected to steam treatment such as autoclave treatment in a sterilization treatment after washing for re-use of clothing for medical use such as surgical gown, drape or the like using a film made of a fluororesin or the like.SOLUTION: In a fabric structure 1 comprising a structure formed by laminating a resin layer 3 and a base fabric layer 2 through an adhesive layer 4 in which the base fabric layer 2 is exposed to the surface, chlorosulfonated polyethylene is included in both of the resin layer 3 and the adhesive layer 4 and the volume swelling ratio of the resin layer 3 is 2% or less when subjecting the resin layer 3 to a steam treatment test under a condition of 134°C or higher. Therefore, the fabric structure 1 inhibits the possibility of occurrence of curl and inhibits the possibility of occurrence of delamination even if subjected to steam treatment.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】フッ素樹脂製フィルム等を用いた手術用のガウンやドレープ等の医療用衣料の再利用のための洗濯処理後の殺菌処理においてオートクレーブ処理のような水蒸気処理を施されてもカールの発生の虞を抑制されるとともに層間剥離の発生の虞を抑制された布構造体の提供。【解決手段】樹脂層３と基布層２が接着層４を介して積層されてなる構造を備え且つ基布層２を表面に露出させた構造を備えてなる布構造体１において、樹脂層３及び接着層４には、いずれもクロロスルホン化ポリエチレンが含まれており、樹脂層３は、１３４℃以上の条件下で水蒸気処理試験を実施した場合における樹脂層３の体積膨潤率が２％以下であり、水蒸気処理を施されてもカールの発生の虞を抑制されるとともに層間剥離の発生の虞を抑制される布構造体１。【選択図】図１
