Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser cutting system that when a flammable material catches fire during laser cutting, can extinguish the fire by remote control.SOLUTION: The laser cutting system comprises: a laser processing head 8 that radiates laser beam 9 to a work-piece 12; a laser oscillating device 16 that oscillates the laser beam; a gas supply switching device 17 that can supply the laser processing head with at least either one of oxygen gas and non-flammable gas, and adjust flow quantities; and a control device 18. When fire in the vicinity of the irradiation part of the laser beam is detected, the control device controls the gas supply switching device so that oscillation of the laser beam from the laser oscillating device is stopped and flow quantities of the non-flammable gas are increased and then the gas is supplied to the laser processing head.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】レーザ切断時に可燃物が発火した際に、遠隔操作により消火を可能としたレーザ切断システムを提供する。【解決手段】被加工物12にレーザ光線9を照射するレーザ加工ヘッド8と、前記レーザ光線を発振するレーザ発振装置16と、前記レーザ加工ヘッドに酸素ガスと不燃性ガスのうち少なくとも一方を供給すると共に流量調整が可能なガス供給切替え装置17と、制御装置18とを具備し、前記レーザ光線の照射部周辺での発火が検知された場合には、前記制御装置は前記レーザ発振装置からの前記レーザ光線の発振を停止させると共に、不燃性ガスの流量を増大させて前記レーザ加工ヘッドに供給する様前記ガス供給切替え装置を制御する。【選択図】図1 |
