TRAFFIC LINE ANALYSIS SYSTEM, CAMERA DEVICE, AND TRAFFIC LINE ANALYSIS METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a traffic line analysis system, a camera device, and a traffic line analysis method, capable of grasping an action locus of a visitor while protecting privacy in a shop in which visitors and employees are mixed.SOLUTION: A camera device 100 images a shop's floor to repeatedly create a background picture of the floor's imaged picture; on the basis of a visitor 152's position information received by a BLE reception terminal 160, acquires traffic line information on the visitor 152's staying positions and passing positions in the floor included in imaged pictures; and, in each predetermined transmission period, transmits the created background picture and the acquired traffic line information on the visitor 152 to a server device 300. The server device 300 receives the background picture and the visitor 152's traffic line information transmitted from the camera device 100; creates a traffic line analysis picture 175 obtained by superposing the visitor 152's traffic line information, as a locus of action, on the background picture; and makes a monitor 450 display the created traffic line analysis picture 175.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】来客者と従業員が混在する店舗において、プライバシーの保護を図りながらも、来客者の行動軌跡を把握することができる動線分析システム、カメラ装置及び動線分析方法を提供する。【解決手段】カメラ装置１００は、店舗のフロアを撮像して、該フロアの撮像画像の背景画像を繰り返し生成し、またＢＬＥ受信端末１６０で受信された来客者１５２の位置情報に基づき、撮像画像に含まれる来客者１５２のフロアにおける滞留位置又は通過位置に関する動線情報を取得する。そして、所定の送信周期毎に、生成した背景画像と、取得した来客者１５２の動線情報とをサーバ装置３００に送信する。サーバ装置３００は、カメラ装置１００から送信された背景画像と、来客者１５２の動線情報とを受信し、来客者１５２の動線情報を行動の軌跡として、背景画像に重畳した動線分析画像１７５を生成し、生成した動線分析画像１７５をモニタ４５０に表示させる。【選択図】図３
