Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a sulfide solid electrolyte from an amorphous sulfide solid electrolyte where, in the step of heat treatment for producing a crystallized sulfide solid electrolyte from an amorphous sulfide solid electrolyte, by reducing the precipitation of sulfur and a sulfur compound on a wiring or the like, the clogging of the wiring is prevented, and the productive efficiency of the crystallized sulfide solid electrolyte is improved.SOLUTION: Provided is a method for producing a crystallized sulfide solid electrolyte having a process where an amorphous sulfide solid electrolyte is crystallized by heating treatment to produce a crystallized sulfide solid electrolyte, in which the process is performed using equipment having a reaction tank of performing crystallization, capture part for capturing sulfur and/or a sulfur compound in a gas made to flow out from the reaction tank; and a flow passage between the reaction tank and the capture part, and the flow passage is heated to 150°C.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】本発明は、非晶質硫化物固体電解質から結晶化硫化固体電解質を製造するための熱処理の工程において、硫黄や硫黄化合物の配管等への析出を減少させることで配管が閉塞することを防止して、結晶化硫化物固体電解質の生産効率を向上させることを目的とする。【解決手段】結晶化硫化物固体電解質の製造方法であって、非晶質硫化物固体電解質を加熱処理によって結晶化して、結晶化硫化物固体電解質を製造する工程を有し、当該工程を、結晶化を行う反応槽、反応槽より流出するガス中の硫黄及び/又は硫黄化合物を捕捉するための捕捉部、及び反応槽と捕捉部との間の流路を有する設備を用いて行い、流路を150℃以上に加熱する、結晶化硫化物固体電解質の製造方法。【選択図】図1 |
