Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor excellent in maintainability of a convex part, a process cartridge having the electrophotographic photoreceptor, and an electrophotographic device.SOLUTION: A cylindrical electrophotographic photoreceptor has a support body and a photosensitive layer formed on the support body. The surface of the electrophotographic photoreceptor has each independent convex part. The width of the convex part in an axial direction of the electrophotographic photoreceptor is 10 μm or more and 100 μm or less. The convex part has such a shape that the height gradually increases from a tip side in a rotation direction of the electrophotographic photoreceptor toward the highest point and the maximum gradient of the shape gradually becoming higher is 70 per-mille or less.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】凸形状部の維持性に優れた電子写真感光体、該電子写真感光体を有するプロセスカートリッジ及び電子写真装置を提供する。【解決手段】支持体及び該支持体上に形成された感光層を有する円筒状の電子写真感光体であって、該電子写真感光体の表面が、各々独立した凸形状部を有し、該凸形状部の該電子写真感光体の軸方向の幅が、10μm以上100μm以下であり、該凸形状部は、電子写真感光体の回転方向の先端側から最も高い点に向かって高さが徐々に高くなる形状であり、かつ、該徐々に高くなる形状部の最大勾配が70‰以下である。【選択図】なし
