PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor excellent in maintainability of a convex part, a process cartridge having the electrophotographic photoreceptor, and an electrophotographic device.SOLUTION: A cylindrical electrophotographic photoreceptor has a support body and a photosensitive layer formed on the support body. The surface of the electrophotographic photoreceptor has each independent convex part. The width of the convex part in an axial direction of the electrophotographic photoreceptor is 10 μm or more and 100 μm or less.
