Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biodiesel fuel extraction device and an extraction method capable of continuously and efficiently extracting biodiesel fuel in one step using microalgae as raw material by inexpensive equipment.SOLUTION: Provided is a biodiesel fuel extraction device including : a container; a microwave irradiation device; a circulation flow passage; and a pump. The container stores a raw material liquid obtained by dispersing microalgae into an organic solvent. The microwave irradiation device applies microwaves capable of heating the object at the inside. The circulation flow passage communicates the raw material liquid at the inside of the container in both, and is inserted into the microwave irradiation device so as to irradiate the same. The circulation flow passage is spirally formed at a position in which the microwaves can be irradiated. The pump circulates the raw material liquid at the inside of the container through the circulation flow passage.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】安価な設備で、微細藻類を原料として1ステップで連続的かつ効率的にバイオディーゼル燃料を抽出可能なバイオディーゼル燃料抽出装置および抽出方法を提供する。【解決手段】容器とマイクロ波照射装置と循環流路とポンプとを有する。容器は微細藻類を有機溶媒に分散させて成る原料液を収容する。マイクロ波照射装置は内部の対象物を加熱可能なマイクロ波を照射する。循環流路は原料液を循環可能に両端が容器の内部に連通し、マイクロ波照射装置の内部にマイクロ波を照射可能に挿入される。循環流路はマイクロ波を照射可能な位置で螺旋状に形成されている。ポンプは容器の内部の原料液を循環流路を通して循環させる。【選択図】図1 |
