RESIN SHEET FOR NAILING AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREFOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin sheet for nailing providing a good lubrication effect and capable of suppressing reduction of appearance quality of a processed surface of the resin sheet and resin fusion to a tool by suppressing frictional heat between the resin sheet and the tool and capable of stably suppressing loose or extraction of a driven nail even under temperature environment of 40°C or higher.SOLUTION: The resin sheet for nailing is composed of a resin composition containing at least one kind of resin as a main component, having the melting point of 45 to 100°C and containing at least one kind of lubricant (X) selected from a group consisting of hydrocarbon, aliphatic acid, aliphatic alcohol, aliphatic acid ester, aliphatic acid aide and metal soap of 0.01 to 0.3 mass% and has thickness of 5 mm or more and is used under environment of 40°C or higher.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】良好な潤滑効果が得られ、樹脂シートと工具との摩擦熱を抑制して、樹脂シートの加工面の外観品質の低下および工具への樹脂融着を抑制することができ、かつ、４０℃以上の温度環境下においても、打ち込まれた釘の緩みあるいは抜けを安定的に抑制することが可能な釘打ち用樹脂シートを提供する。【解決手段】本発明の釘打ち用樹脂シートは、少なくとも１種の樹脂を主成分とし、融点が４５〜１００℃であり、炭化水素、脂肪酸、脂肪族アルコール、脂肪酸エステル、脂肪酸アミド、および金属石鹸からなる群から選択される少なくとも１種の滑剤（Ｘ）を０．０１〜０．３質量％含有する樹脂組成物からなり、厚さが５ｍｍ以上であり、４０℃以上の環境下で使用されるものである。【選択図】なし
