MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR SHEET MATERIAL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance productivity of a sheet material.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method for a sheet material 1 includes a measurement process for measuring the state of the sheet material 1 flowing in a constant direction by measurement means 7 separated by a first distance L1 in a thickness direction of the sheet material 1 from a surface 1a of the sheet material 1. The manufacturing method further includes: a swollen section detection process for detecting a swollen section 11 swollen by the first distance L1 or more in the thickness direction of the sheet material 1 from the surface 1a of the sheet material 1 on an upstream side of the measurement means 7 before the measurement process; and a process for stopping the sheet material 1 before the swollen section 11 is supplied to the measurement means 7 by the detection of the swollen section 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】 シート材の生産性を高める。【解決手段】シート材１の一方の面１ａからシート材１の厚さ方向に第１距離Ｌ１で離間する測定手段７により、一定方向に流れるシート材１の状態を測定する測定工程を含んだシート材１の製造方法である。本発明の製造方法は、測定工程に先立ち、測定手段７の上流側において、シート材１の一方の面１ａからシート材１の厚さ方向に、第１距離Ｌ１以上で膨出する膨出部１１を検知する膨出部検知工程と、膨出部１１の検知により、膨出部１１が測定手段７に供給される前に、シート材１を停止する工程とをさらに含む。【選択図】図１
