Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a preservation method for promoting trauma recovery of marine fish and suppressing loss of weight.SOLUTION: A method is for trauma recovery and preservation of marine fish, the marine fish is preserved in breeding water having 0.9-3.0% salt content and water temperature of 18-27°C in the method of trauma recovery and preservation of marine fish. With the invented method, loss of weight is suppressed and trauma recovery can be promoted during a predetermined preservation period until the marine fish is shipped.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】海水魚の外傷回復を促進しつつ、体重減少を抑制する保存方法を提供する。【解決手段】海水魚の外傷回復及び保存方法であって、海水魚を、塩分が０．９％以上３．０％以下であって、且つ水温が１８℃以上２７℃以下の飼育水で保存する、海水魚の外傷回復方法及び保存方法。本発明の方法によれば、海水魚を出荷するまでの一定期間保存する間に、体重減少を抑制しつつ外傷回復を促進することができる。【選択図】図１
