METHOD FOR DETERMINING WHETHER OR NOT TEST SAMPLE CONTAINS PHYTOPATHOGENIC OOMYCETE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for selectively determining whether or not test sample contains phytopathogenic oomycete out of two types of oomycetes which are phytopathogenic oomycete and non phytopathogenic oomycete.SOLUTION: A method for determining whether or not a test sample contains phytopathogenic oomycete comprises the following processes: (a) a process of arranging the test sample on a front side of a film which includes through-holes having a cross sectional area which is 0.785 μmor larger and 7.065 μmor less; (b) a process of leaving the test sample to stand after the process (a); (c) a process of observing a rear face of the film after the process (b); and (d) a process of determining that the test sample contains the phytopathogenic oomycete in the case where oomycete is found out on the rear face of the film in the process (c).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9 【課題】植物病原性卵菌および植物非病原性卵菌の２種類の卵菌の中から、試験試料が植物病原性卵菌を含有するかどうかを選択的に判定する方法を提供する。【解決手段】試験試料が植物病原性卵菌を含有するかどうかを判定する方法であって、以下の工程を具備する：（ａ）０．７８５平方マイクロメートル以上７．０６５平方マイクロメートル以下の断面積を有する貫通孔を具備するフィルムの表側の面に、前記試験試料を配置する工程、（ｂ）工程（ａ）の後、前記試験試料を静置する工程、（ｃ）工程（ｂ）の後、前記フィルムの裏面を観察する工程、および（ｄ）工程（ｃ）において前記フィルムの裏面に卵菌が見いだされた場合には、前記試験試料は前記植物病原性卵菌を含有すると判定する工程。【選択図】図９
