Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing apparatus capable of suitably manufacturing a secondary battery, where winding deviation of a wound electrode body is suppressed.SOLUTION: A manufacturing apparatus 100 includes means for transporting the electrode sheets 12, 14 of positive and negative electrodes and separator sheets 16, 18 to a common winding shaft 130, and winding therearound, and detection means 102, 104 for measuring the positional deviation of the electrode sheets 12, 14. At least one of the detection means 102, 104 includes an optical detector having an optical axis change function, and illumination having a predetermined light emission range. The manufacturing apparatus 100 is configured so that the relationship of the predetermined angles α, α, βand β, when viewing the light emission range from a detection object point in the conveyance path or a direction perpendicular thereto, and the undulation angles θ, θof the detection object, i.e., the detection means 102, 104, satisfies α≥2θ, α≥2θ, β≥2θand β≥2θ.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】捲回電極体の巻きずれが抑制された二次電池を好適に製造し得る製造装置を提供する。【解決手段】製造装置100は、正負極の電極シート12、14とセパレータシート16、18とを共通の巻取軸130まで搬送して巻取軸130の周囲に捲回する手段と、電極シート12、14の位置ずれを測定する検出手段102、104とを備える。検出手段102、104の少なくとも一方は、光軸変更機能を備える光学検出器と、所定の発光範囲を有する照明とを含む。製造装置100は、搬送経路またはこれに直交する方向において検出対象点から上記発光範囲をみた所定の角度α1、α2、β1およびβ2と、検出対象である電極シート12、14のうねり角度θMD、θTDとの関係が、α1≧2θTD、α2≧2θTD、β1≧2θMDかつβ2≧2θMDを満たすように構成される。【選択図】図1 |
