Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical information reading device capable of accurately reading a code attached on a workpiece that causes specular reflection.SOLUTION: On a reader 3, an attachment hood 8 having an image formation lens and a diffusion member is attached. By attaching the attachment hood 8, the reader 3 can enlarge and image a code 6. Illumination light is diffused by the diffusion member, so that the surface of a workpiece 2 may be mirror-finished. The specular reflection light is less likely to enter an imaging element of the reader 3, and the code 6 can be accurately read.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
【課題】鏡面反射を起こすようなワークに付与されたコードを精度よく読み取り可能な光学的情報読取装置を提供すること。【解決手段】リーダ3には、結像レンズと拡散部材を有するアタッチメントフード8が取り付けられる。アタッチメントフード8を取り付けることで、リーダ3はコード6を拡大して撮像することができるようになる。また、拡散部材によって照明光が拡散されるため、ワーク2の表面が鏡面加工されていてもよい、鏡面反射光がリーダ3の撮像素子に入射しにくくなり、コード6を精度よく読み取れるようになる。【選択図】図10 |
