Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase a diffuse reflection factor without only simply increasing a reflection factor, and to provide a material that is high in strength, can retain durability in a harsh application, and can be simply manufactured.SOLUTION: Reflection tape 1 reflects light from a light source toward periphery. The reflection tape 1 is made by stretching olefin resin film including a large number of fillers 12a. The fillers 12a are larger in specific gravity than olefin resin and high in rigidity. On the basis of stretching, voids 13 are formed around the fillers 12a, and due to thinning of the film, a large number of surface projections 14 having the fillers 12a and the voids 13 as cores are formed on the surface of the tape.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】単純に反射率を高めることのみではなく、拡散反射率を高めること。また、強度が大きく過酷な用途においても耐久性を保持でき、かつ、簡便に製造することが可能な資材の提供。【解決手段】光源からの光を周囲に反射するテープ1であって、反射テープ1は多数のフィラー12aを含有するオレフィン系樹脂フィルムを延伸したテープであり、フィラー12aはオレフィン系樹脂より比重が大きく、かつ剛性が高い物質であり、延伸に基づいて、フィラー12a周囲にボイド13が形成され、かつ、フィルムの薄肉化に伴ってテープの表面にフィラー12a及びボイド13をコアとした多数の突起部14を形成する。【選択図】図1 |
