Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively reduce an oil content in a working fluid of a displacement compressor.SOLUTION: A working fluid discharged from a compression portion is substantially vertically collided with a collision chamber 130 to convert a direction of the working fluid into a radial direction relative to a chamber shaft, further convert the direction of the working fluid into a vertical direction to be substantially vertically collided with a chamber cylindrical portion 8a. The working fluid converted into an upward direction is collided with an upper cover lower end portion of a chamber, the working fluid converted to a downward direction is converted into a compression portion lower portion 8b1, and mist-like oil is converted into oil droplets by the oil separation collision actions.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】容積型圧縮機の作動流体中の油含有率を効果的に低減させる。【解決手段】圧縮部より吐出した作動流体を、衝突室130に略垂直に衝突させ、作動流体の向きをチャンバ軸に対して径方向に変換させ、さらに、チャンバ円筒部8aに略垂直に衝突させる上下方向に作動流体の向きを変換させる。上方向に変換した作動流体は、チャンバの上フタ下端部に衝突、下方向にした作動流体は圧縮部下部8b1へ変換され、各々の油分離衝突作用により、ミスト状の油を油滴へと変換させる。【選択図】図2 |
