Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To electrically control motor rotational speed when minus torque has been generated at the time of opening/closing a switch such as an electrically-driven shutter.SOLUTION: A controller for a motor used for an electrically-driven switchgear for winding and delivering a slat by using the motor to perform vertical opening/closing operation of a switch includes a drive signal generation unit that, on the basis of a comparison calculation value between a current instruction value for the motor and a motor current value for controlling the motor, generates a drive signal including a phase to an inverter for performing current supply to a coil of the motor in a direction of decelerating the motor when slat winding torque has shown a minus value showing necessity of deceleration of the motor.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】電動シャッターなど開閉体の開閉時にマイナストルクが発生した場合に、モータ回転速度を電気的に制御する。【解決手段】モータによりスラットの巻き取り及び送り出しを行うことで開閉体の上下方向の開閉動作を行う電動開閉装置に用いられるモータの制御装置であって、前記モータの電流指令値と、前記モータを制御するモータ電流値との比較演算値に基づいて、前記モータの減速が必要なスラット巻取トルクが負の値を示す場合には、前記モータを減速させる方向に前記モータのコイルへの電流供給を行うインバータへの位相を含む駆動用信号を生成する駆動信号生成部を有することを特徴とする電動開閉装置用モータの制御装置。【選択図】図6 |
