CONCRETE MOLD SUPPORT TOOL USED WITH PRECAST CONSTRUCTION METHOD, AND BEAM CONSTRUCTION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete mold support tool that enables a bottom surface frame of a concrete mold, provided at a junction part when constructing a beam by a PC construction method, to be supported readily without using a support leg, along with a beam construction method.SOLUTION: A concrete mold support tool of the present invention is for supporting a bottom surface frame of a concrete mold installed to surround a junction part between two precast concrete members disposed at a prescribed height, and includes: an engaging part fitted on a reinforcing bar of the precast concrete member exposed on the junction part; a support rod having an end screwed on the engaging part and fitted to the engaging part at a variable angle; a fixed part screwed on the other end of the support rod and coming in contact with a top surface of the bottom surface frame; a fastening part holding the bottom surface frame between the fixed part and the fastening part; and a washer part fitted on the fastening part for fixing a rod that holds an outer side of the bottom surface frame.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】ＰＣ工法において梁を構成する場合に接合部に設ける型枠の底面枠を支持脚によらず簡単に支持することができる型枠支持具および梁施工方法を提供すること。【解決手段】本発明の型枠支持具は、所定の高さに配置された２つのプレキャストコンクリート部材の接合部を囲むように設けられる型枠のうち底面枠を支持する型枠支持具であって、プレキャストコンクリート部材から接合部に露出する鉄筋に取り付けられる係止部と、一端が係止部に螺合され、係止部に対して角度可変に取り付けられる支持棒と、支持棒の他端に螺合され、底面枠の上面と当接する固定部と、固定部との間で底面枠を挟持する締結部と、締結部に取り付けられ、底面枠の外側を押さえる棒材を固定するための座金部と、を備えたことを特徴とする。【選択図】図１
