Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the unstable temperature change of an injection nozzle attached to a tip of a heating cylinder by air sent from a blower, in an injection molding machine equipped with the blower to perform the temperature control of the heating cylinder by ventilation.SOLUTION: An injection molding machine comprises: a heating cylinder 2 which is provided with a heater on an outer periphery thereof to melt therein a resin material formable into a molded product; an injection nozzle 3 which is attached to a tip of the heating cylinder 2 to inject the molten resin material into a cavity of a mold; a heater cover 4 which surrounds the heating cylinder 2; and a blower 6 which sends air into a space S between the heating cylinder 2 and the heater cover 4 to control the temperature of the heating cylinder 2. The outer peripheral surface of the injection nozzle 3 is provided with an injection nozzle heat insulation cover 5 which blocks the injection nozzle 3 from being blown by the air sent from the blower 6.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】加熱シリンダの温度調整を送風により行う送風装置を備えた射出成形機において、加熱シリンダの先端に装着された射出ノズルが、送風装置からの送風により不安的に温度変化してしまうことを防止する。【解決手段】成形体となり得る樹脂材料を内部で溶融する、外周にヒータの設けられた加熱シリンダ2と、加熱シリンダ2の先端に装着され、溶融された樹脂材料を金型のキャビティに射出する射出ノズル3と、加熱シリンダ2を囲繞するヒータカバー4と、加熱シリンダ2とヒータカバー4との間の空間部Sに送風を行い、加熱シリンダ2の温度調整を行う送風装置6と、を備えた射出成形機であって、送風装置6からの送風を射出ノズル3に吹き付けられるのを阻止する射出ノズル断熱カバー5を、射出ノズル3の外周面に設ける。【選択図】図1 |
