FILM TRANSPORTATION DEVICE AND FILM DRAWING MACHINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film transportation device being capable of stably transporting a film while avoiding an increase in size of the device and in environmental load, and a film drawing machine provided with the film transportation device.SOLUTION: A film transportation device 2 of a film drawing machine 1 comprises: a perforated endless belt 3 being laid between a driving pulley 4 and a driven pulley 5, circulating between the pulleys and transporting a film 10; a driving unit 6 driving the driving pulley; a plurality of air chambers 7 causing a perforated ceiling portion 7a to face a rear face of a film transportation face of the endless belt while being partitioned by a partition wall 70 from an upstream side to a downstream side in a transportation direction of the film and disposed side-by-side; a suction unit suctioning inside air of an uppermost stream air chamber and causing the film to be sucked to the endless belt; and a valve mechanism 8 causing the upstream side air chamber and the downstream side air chamber adjacent to each other with the partition wall interposed therebetween to sequentially communicate with each other in association with transportation of the film and uniformly adjusting an internal pressure of the upstream side air chamber and an internal pressure of the downstream side air chamber.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】装置の大型化や環境負荷の増大を回避しつつ、フィルムを安定して搬送させることが可能なフィルム搬送装置、および該フィルム搬送装置を備えたフィルム延伸機を提供する。【解決手段】フィルム延伸機１のフィルム搬送装置２は、駆動プーリ４と従動プーリ５の間に架け渡されてこれらのプーリ間を巡回してフィルム１０を搬送する孔あきの無端ベルト３と、駆動プーリを駆動させる駆動装置６と、フィルムの搬送方向の上流側から下流側へ隔壁７０で仕切られて並ぶとともに、無端ベルトのフィルム搬送面の背面に孔あきの天井部７ａを対面させた複数の空気室７と、最上流の空気室の内気を吸引し、フィルムを無端ベルトに吸い付ける吸引装置と、隔壁を挟んで隣り合う上流側の空気室と下流側の空気室とをフィルムの搬送に伴って順次連通させ、該上流側の空気室の内圧と該下流側の空気室の内圧とを均質に調整する弁機構８とを備える。【選択図】図３
