Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a honeycomb structure manufacturing method in which, upon implementing, by using a laser, welding for forming a core while superimposing metal thin films in order, through pressing metal thin films so as to meet the laminating situation of the metal thin films, adhesion property to each other among the metal thin films can be raised, and accurate welding can be implemented while removing distortion of a laser-welded part.SOLUTION: Upon welding the top metal thin film metal of thin films laminated in order and the immediately below metal film, by irradiating, with laser light L, the top metal thin film through welding slits 5 provided at a mask plate 12A, 12B, elastic material 16 arranged at the rear surface of the mask plate 12A, 12B is configured to adhere to the top metal thin film.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 【課題】 金属薄板を順次重ね合せた状態でコアを形成するための溶接をレーザによって行う際に、前記金属薄板の積層状態に適合させるように加圧することで、金属薄板同士の密着性を高めると共に、レーザ溶接部分の歪みを解消して精度よく溶接することができるハニカム構造体の製造方法を提供することである。【解決手段】 順次積層される最上位の金属薄板をマスクプレート12A,12Bに設けられた溶接スリット5を通してレーザ光Lを照射し、最上位の金属薄板とその直下の金属薄板とを溶接する際、前記マスクプレート12A,12Bの裏面に配設された弾性材16が前記最上位の金属薄板に密着するようにした。【選択図】 図5
