Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a screw thread so as to start a screw from a predetermined position.SOLUTION: A rolling device rolls a screw thread in a blank having a detection object part. The rolling device comprises a rolling die 320 for rolling the screw thread in the blank, a detection part for detecting a rotational directional position of the detection object part and a control part 360 for controlling a rotation position of the rolling die 320 when starting contact between the rolling die 320 and the blank so as to start a screw from a predetermined position to the detection object part based on the rotational directional position of the detection object part detected by the detection part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】予め定められた所定の位置からネジが開始するようにネジ山を形成する。【解決手段】転造装置は、被検出部を有するブランクにネジ山を転造する。転造装置は、ブランクにネジ山を転造する転造ダイス３２０と、被検出部の回転方向位置を検出する検出部と、検出部によって検出された被検出部の回転方向位置に基づいて、被検出部に対して所定の位置からネジが開始するように、転造ダイス３２０とブランクとが接触を開始する際の転造ダイス３２０の回転位置を制御する制御部３６０と、を備える。【選択図】図３
