Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such the problem that in the conventional rice transplanter, when a travel vehicle body travels forward, in the case when a prescribed load on a seedling transplanting device which transplants seedlings, is produced, a missing plant movement distance of the travel vehicle body since power is turned off by a safety clutch mechanism until the travel vehicle body stops, is normally about 5 meters, but the distance cannot be determined correctly, and accordingly, in a period in which the travel vehicle body is moved backward by the missing plant movement distance and stopped, and the travel vehicle body is moved forward by the missing plant movement distance again, the prescribed load is produced, and a work for causing the seedling transplant device in which power to be transmitted is turned off by the safety clutch mechanism, to transplant the seedling, is not easy.SOLUTION: There is provided a rice transplanter comprising a controller 100 for performing control for causing a movement distance detection part 150 to detect a missing plant movement distance of a travel vehicle body 10 since power is turned off by a safety clutch mechanism 130 until the travel vehicle body 10 stops.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】 従来の田植機に関しては、走行車体が前進しているときに、苗を植付けている苗植付装置に対する所定の負荷が発生した場合において、動力が安全クラッチ機構によってオフにされてから、走行車体が停止するまでの走行車体の欠株移動距離は、通常はおよそ5メートル程度であるが、正確には分からない。このため、走行車体を、欠株移動距離だけ後進させて停止させ、再び欠株移動距離だけ前進させるまでの間、所定の負荷が発生し、伝達される動力が安全クラッチ機構によってオフにされた苗植付装置に苗を植付させる作業は、容易ではなかった。【解決手段】 動力が安全クラッチ機構130によってオフにされてから、走行車体10が停止するまでの走行車体10の欠株移動距離を、移動距離検出部150に検出させるための制御を行うコントローラー100を備える田植機である。【選択図】 図4 |
