Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more accurately determine a failure of a DC motor.SOLUTION: A motor controller 1 comprises: an H bridge circuit 5 constructed by switching elements Q1 to Q4 and a DC motor 10; an electric power supply 24V supplying a power to the H bridge circuit 5 through a relay RL1; a current detection circuit 7 which detects whether or not a current flowing in the H bridge circuit 5 exceeds a reference current; a voltage detection circuit 9 (temperature detection circuit) which detects whether or not the temperature of switching elements Q1 to Q4 exceeds the reference temperature; and a control part 8 which, in accordance with the operation state of the DC motor 10, turns off a relay RL1 in the case where a detection result of the current detection circuit 7 or/and the voltage detection circuit 9 (temperature detection circuit) indicate an abnormal state of the DC motor 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】DCモータの異常をより正確に判断する。【解決手段】モータ制御装置1は、スイッチング素子Q1乃至スイッチング素子Q4とDCモータ10により構成されたHブリッジ回路5と、Hブリッジ回路5へリレーRL1を介して電力を供給する電源24Vと、Hブリッジ回路5を流れる電流が基準電流を超えるか否かを検出する電流検出回路7と、スイッチング素子Q1乃至スイッチング素子Q4の温度が基準温度を超えるか否かを検出する電圧検出回路9(温度検出回路)と、を備え、DCモータ10の動作状態に応じて、電流検出回路7の検出結果、又は/及び電圧検出回路9(温度検出回路)の検出結果が、DCモータ10の異常状態を表す場合にリレーRL1をオフする制御部8と、を備える。【選択図】図1 |
