Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the cost.SOLUTION: A plurality of teeth T formed in an armature core 56 includes an axial part Tc and a first branch part Ta and a second branch part Tb each of which is branched from a tip of the axial part Tc. Coil parts C1 to C12 in an inner side are concentratedly wound to the axial part Tc. Coil parts C13 to C24 of an outer side are separately wound to the first branch part Ta of one teeth T of the adjacent teeth T and the second branch part Tb of the other teeth T. The coil parts C1 to C12 in an inner side are formed by a plurality of inner side windings, and in the inner side winding, the plurality of coil parts in the inner side is formed between one end side wire connection part connected to a segment S of a commutator 54 and the other end side wire connection part. Similarly, the coil parts C13 to C24 are formed by the plurality of outer side windings, and, in each of the outer side windings, the plurality of coil parts in the outer side is formed between one end side wire connection part connected to the segment S of the commutator 54 and the other end side wire connection part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】コストダウンを目的とする。【解決手段】電機子コア56に形成された複数のティースTの各々は、軸部Tcと、軸部Tcの先端から分岐された第1分岐部Ta及び第2分岐部Tbを有する。内側のコイル部C1〜C12は、各軸部Tcに集中巻きされており、外側のコイル部C13〜C24は、隣り合うティースTのうち一方のティースTの第1分岐部Taと他方のティースTの第2分岐部Tbとに亘って分布巻きされている。内側のコイル部C1〜C12は、複数の内側巻線によって形成されており、各内側巻線では、整流子54のセグメントSに結線された一端側結線部及び他端側結線部の間に複数の内側のコイル部が形成されている。同様に、外側のコイル部C13〜C24は、複数の外側巻線によって形成されており、各外側巻線では、整流子54のセグメントSに結線された一端側結線部及び他端側結線部の間に複数の外側のコイル部が形成されている。【選択図】図1 |
