PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transaction settlement system, a transaction settlement method, and a transaction settlement program capable of improving the safety of personal information, and suppressing costs related to transaction settlement.SOLUTION: A transaction settlement system 100 for settling transaction on the basis of settlement processing with a settlement agency system CS includes: a mobile communication terminal 10 capable of communicating via a communication network with the settlement agency system CS; and a transaction device 30 for executing transaction on the basis of the processing result of the settlement processing.
