Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of a non-through hole and the deterioration of machining efficiency by making a drill advance to an appropriate depth when a through-hole is made in a workpiece using a drill.SOLUTION: A drill boring device makes a through-hole in a workpiece by driving a spindle for holding a drill by a drive device for performing a feedback compensation and a feedforward compensation, and includes: a feedforward compensator for performing the feedforward compensation and capable of revising the compensation value; a compensation value control part for estimating whether the final arrival position of the drill for every time a hole is made proper and revising the compensation value of the feedforward compensator when determined that the position is improper; and a control part for performing a control so as to make a hole at the same position when the estimation that the position of the hole is improper in the compensation value control part necessitates the hole to be made at the same position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】ドリルを用いて被加工物に貫通穴を明ける場合に、適切な深さまでドリルを進入させるようにすることにより、未貫通穴の発生と、加工効率の低下を防ぐことを目的とするものである。【解決手段】フィードバック補償とフィードフォワード補償を行う駆動装置によりドリルを保持するスピンドルを駆動して被加工物に貫通穴を明けるドリル穴明け装置において、前記フィードフォワード補償を行うものであって補償値が修正できるフィードフォワード補償器と、穴を明ける毎にドリルの最終到達位置が適正か否かを評価し当該評価において不適正と評価した場合には前記フィードフォワード補償器の補償値を修正する補償値制御部と、当該補償値制御部における不適正の評価が同じ位置での穴明けを必要とする場合には同じ位置に穴を明けるよう制御する制御部とを備えることを特徴とする。【選択図】図1
