Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid interface detection device capable of appropriately detecting an interface of two types of fluids having different specific gravities.SOLUTION: A fluid interface detection device comprises: a sensor which has a floodlight section emitting light in a horizontal direction toward a fluid in a container and a light receiving section receiving the light emitted from the floodlight section after the same passes through the fluid; and a control section which calculates a fluctuation range of light amounts received by the light receiving section, compares the calculated fluctuation range with a preset fluctuation range and determines a relation between a height of the sensor and the height of an interface of the fluids.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】比重の異なる2種類の液体の界面を適切に検出できる液体界面検出装置を提供する。【解決手段】液体界面検出装置が、容器内の液体に対して水平方向に光を照射する投光部と、液体を透過した投光部からの光を受光する受光部とを有するセンサと、受光部が受光した受光量のばらつきの変動幅を算出し、算出された変動幅と予め設定された設定変動幅とを比較して、センサの高さ位置と液体の界面の高さ位置との関係を判定する制御部と、を備える。【選択図】図1
