Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a configuration at a chemical feeder using solid medicine in which an appropriate amount of chemical solution can be supplied to circulating-water in each of operating time and a stopped time at a cooling tower without requiring any complex controls or complex structure.SOLUTION: A chemical feeder 150 comprises a first solution container 151 for immersing first solid medicines 165a into circulating water W2 stored in a cooling tower 120; and a second solution container 152 for melting second medicines 165b under utilization of motion of water at the time of operation of a cooling tower 120. The second solution container 152 is branched from a sprinkling tank 145 installed at the cooling tower 120 or a circulation line L110 where circulating water W2 and arranged at a branch line L200 connected to inside of the cooling tower 120 or at a flow passage for supply water W1 supplied at the time of operation of the cooling tower 120.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】固形薬剤を用いた薬注装置において、複雑な制御や構造を必要とすることなく、冷却塔の稼動時と停止時のそれぞれで、適切な量の薬剤溶液を循環水に供給できる構成を提供すること。【解決手段】薬注装置150は、第1固形薬剤165aを冷却塔120の内部に貯留される循環水W2に浸漬させる第1溶解容器151と、第2固形薬剤165bを冷却塔120の稼動時の水の移動を利用して溶解させる第2溶解容器152と、を備える。第2溶解容器152は、冷却塔120が有する散水槽145又は循環水W2が循環する循環ラインL110から分岐し、冷却塔120の内部に接続される分岐ラインL200又は冷却塔120の稼動時に補給される補給水W1の流路に配置される。【選択図】図1 |
