Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint method of a metal component and resin and an integrated mold article of the metal component and resin, in which joint intensity between the metal component and resin is hardly reduced even being subjected to heat shock, and joint between the metal component and resin can be relatively easily performed by an anchor effect.SOLUTION: A press groove 1g inclined to a vertical line to a metal component surface is formed on a surface of a metal component 1 by press processing, then a resin 3 is flown into the surface of the metal component 1 on which the press groove 1g is formed, for joint of the metal component 1 and the resin 3. The press processing is performed in a direction crossing to the press groove so as to press and collapse the press groove formed on the surface of the metal component, preferably.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】ヒートショックを受けても金属部品と樹脂との接合強度が劣化しにくく、また、アンカー効果による金属部品と樹脂との接合を比較的に容易に行うことが可能な金属部品と樹脂の接合方法及び金属部品と樹脂の一体成形品を提供する。【解決手段】金属部品1の表面にプレス加工により金属部品表面に対する垂線に対して傾斜したプレス溝1gを形成し、プレス溝1gを形成した金属部材1の表面に樹脂3を流し込み、金属部品1と樹脂3とを接合する。さらに、金属部品表面に形成されたプレス溝を押し潰すようにプレス溝と交差する方向にプレス加工を行うことが好ましい。【選択図】図1
