FIXATION STRUCTURE OF BINDING TOOL AND COVER SHEET, AND FILE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique which enables easy and reliable attachment and detachment of a binding tool.SOLUTION: A fixation structure for fixing a binding tool and a cover sheet by a fastener, in which a base plate has a base plate hole and a positioning projection piece, the cover sheet has a cover sheet hole and a positioning hole part into which the positioning projection piece is inserted, the fastener includes a first fixture having a vertical part which penetrates the base plate hole and the cover sheet hole and a splice part which spliced onto a surface opposite to the fixed surface of the cover sheet in a penetrated state, and a second fixture which is so formed as to be capable of being freely attached to and detached from the first fixture, and the positioning projection piece is provided at a position approaching a center of the base plate with respect to a position of the base plate hole where the base plate hole and the cover sheet hole are so guided as to be arranged on a same axis when the positioning projection piece is inserted into the positioning hole part. When the second fixture is displaced relatively to the first fixture in the state that the vertical part penetrates the base plate hole and the cover sheet hole, respective fixtures are engaged with each other thereby sandwiching the base plate and the cover sheet.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】容易かつ確実に綴じ具の取り付け、取り外しを行える技術を提供する。【解決手段】固定具により綴じ具と表紙を固定する固定構造であって、基板は、基板穴と位置決め突片とを有し表紙は、表紙穴と位置決め突片が挿入される位置決め穴部とを有し、固定具は、基板穴と表紙穴とを貫通する鉛直部と、鉛直部に連設されて、貫通した状態で表紙の被固定面の反対面に添接される添接部と、を有する第一固定具と、第一固定具に着脱自在に形成された第二固定具と、を含み、位置決め突片は、位置決め突片を位置決め穴部に挿入すると基板穴と表紙穴とが略同一軸上に並ぶように誘導する位置であって、かつ基板における板穴の位置よりも中央よりの位置に設けられ、鉛直部が基板穴と表紙穴とを貫通した状態で第一固定具に対して第二固定具を基板上で相対変位させたときに、各固定具が相互に係合して基板及び前記表紙を挟持する。【選択図】図２
