Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an AC motor generator integrated with belt-drive controller, capable of achieving prevention of bearing corrosion generated by an increase in a shaft voltage generated by a carrier frequency and prevention of bearing corrosion generated by static electricity as well as prevention of electrostatic breakdown of electronic components built in an inverter device.SOLUTION: The AC motor generator integrated with belt-drive controller includes: a generator motor part 2 having a power generation function and a motor-driven function; an inverter device 3 having a control circuit part for PWM-drive controlling a DC-AC power interconversion circuit part. A front bearing 8 is sealed in the inside with conductive grease 26, and a bearing housing body 53 of electrical insulation properties is interposed between an outer ring 51 of a rear bearing 9 and a rear bracket 5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】キャリア周波数によって発生する軸電圧増大に伴うベアリングの電蝕防止とベルト駆動によって発生する静電気発生に伴うベアリングの電蝕防止が可能になるともに、インバータ装置に内蔵された電子部品の静電破壊防止をも可能にしたベルト駆動式制御装置一体型交流電動発電機を提供する。【解決手段】この車両用ベルト駆動式制御装置一体型交流電動発電機は、発電機能及び電動機能を有する発電電動部2と、直流交流電力相互変換回路部をPWM駆動制御する制御回路部を有するインバータ装置3と、を備えている。フロントベアリング8は、内部に導電性グリース26が封入されており、またリヤベアリング9の外輪51とリヤブラケット5との間に電気絶縁性のベアリング収納体53が介在している。【選択図】図1 |
