Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide conductive particles which make electrical resistance of a conductor less liable to depend on an applied voltage.SOLUTION: The conductive particles of the present invention comprise a core material comprising an inorganic substance, a coating layer comprising conductive tin oxide, and a non-conductive middle layer interposed therebetween. The middle layer is composed of an inorganic substance which is of a different kind from the inorganic substance which composes the core material. The middle layer suitably comprises an inorganic oxide or an inorganic hydroxide. It is also suitable that the core material is one containing titanium oxide or barium sulfate and the middle layer is one which contains aluminum oxide, silicon oxide, or zirconium oxide.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】導電体の電気抵抗が、印加電圧に依存しにくくなる導電性粒子を提供すること。【解決手段】本発明の導電性粒子は、無機物からなる芯材と、導電性酸化スズからなる被覆層との間に非導電性の中間層を有する。中間層は、芯材を構成する無機物と異なる種類の無機物から構成されている。中間層は無機酸化物又は無機水酸化物からなることが好適である。芯材が酸化チタン又は硫酸バリウムを含むものであって、中間層が酸化アルミニウム、酸化ケイ素又は酸化ジルコニウムを含むものであることも好適である。【選択図】なし |
