Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately adjust a spray penetration force of fuel which is injected from an in-cylinder injection valve.SOLUTION: In a control device of an internal combustion engine having an in-cylinder injection valve, a port injection valve, and an exhaust air-fuel ratio sensor arranged in an exhaust passage, an exhaust air-fuel ratio in the case that a ratio between a fuel injection amount injected from the in-cylinder injection valve during a stratification combustion operation and a fuel injection amount injected from the port injection valve is at a prescribed value DR is compared between a first time (base time) and a second time (lapse time) succeeding to the first time, and when a change of the exhaust air-fuel ratio R2 at the second time to the exhaust air-fuel ratio R1 at the first time reaches a prescribed value or larger, a spray penetration force of fuel which is injected from the in-cylinder injection valve is reduced by spray penetration force adjusting means.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】筒内噴射弁から噴射される燃料の噴霧貫徹力を正確に調節する。【解決手段】筒内噴射弁とポート噴射弁と排気通路に配置された排気空燃比センサとを有する内燃機関の制御装置において、成層燃焼運転中に筒内噴射弁から噴射される燃料噴射量とポート噴射弁から噴射される燃料噴射量との割合が所定値DRの場合における排気空燃比を、第1のとき(ベース時)と、第1のときより後の第2のとき(経年時)とで比較し、第1のときの排気空燃比R1に対する第2のときの排気空燃比R2の変化が所定値以上になった場合に、噴霧貫徹力調節手段によって、筒内噴射弁から噴射される燃料の噴霧貫徹力が小さくされる。【選択図】図1
