Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high fastness coloring method having about 90% energy conservation compared to existing methods, without using media such as water, ecologically with omitting a water washing process and excellent adhesive power.SOLUTION: There is provided a high fastness coloring method of a fiber yarn by impregnating the fiber yarn for from clothing to industrial applications into an ultraviolet curing coating liquid to form a thin film coating layer and curing the ultraviolet curing coating liquid. There is provided a high fastness coloring method of the fiber yarn including impregnating the fiber yarn into the ultraviolet curing coating layer with using the ultraviolet curing coating liquid where a dyne, an ultraviolet curing monomer, an ultraviolet curing oligomer and a photoinitiator, forming the thin film coating layer on a surface of the fiber yarn by a crimping roller, processing the coated fiber yarn from surface in a vertical direction, irradiating an ultraviolet lamp and LED with wavelength of 260 to 395 nm under inert gas atmosphere to cure the ultraviolet curing coating liquid. The ultraviolet curing method applied high fastness coloring method of the fiber yarn can contain various functional material and provide various performances.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】既存方式に比べて約90%の省エネ率で、水の様な媒体を使用せず、水洗工程が省略したエコ的で、優れた接着力を有する高堅牢度染色方法の提供。【解決手段】衣類用から産業用迄の繊維糸を紫外線硬化コーティング液に含浸して薄膜コーティング層を形成させ、紫外線硬化コーティング液を硬化させる繊維糸の高堅牢度染色方法。色素、紫外線硬化型モノマー、紫外線硬化型オリゴマー及び光開始剤を混合した紫外線硬化コーティング液を用い、繊維糸を紫外線硬化コーティング液に含浸し、圧着ローラで、繊維糸の表面に薄膜コーティング層を形成し、コーティングした繊維糸を地表から垂直方向へ進行させ、非活性ガス雰囲気で波長260〜395nmの紫外線ランプとLEDを照射し、紫外線硬化コーティング液を硬化させる、繊維糸の高堅牢度染色方法。紫外線硬化方式を適用した繊維糸の高堅牢度染色方法は多様な機能性物質を含み多様な性能を与え得る。【選択図】図1
