Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for production of high-purity metal indium from a tin-containing raw material by lowering the appearance qualities of tin in a crude indium to be electrolytically refined and of zinc to be added for collection of indium.SOLUTION: A method for production of metal indium includes: a first process of obtaining a leachate by adding hydrochloric acid to a raw material containing indium and tin; a second process of obtaining a cementation starting liquid by reducing a tin amount contained in the leachate; a third process of obtaining an indium-substituted precipitate from the cementation starting liquid; and a fourth process of electrolytically refining the indium-substituted precipitate. A high-zinc indium precipitate in the indium-substituted precipitate of the third process is added to the leachate in the second process, and the obtained high-tin indium precipitate is removed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】錫含有原料から、純度の高いインジウムメタルを得るためには、電解精製を行う粗インジウム中の、錫の品位を低くする必要がある。また、インジウムの回収には亜鉛粉末が添加されるが、この亜鉛の粗インジウム中の品位を低くする必要がある。粗インジウム中の錫および亜鉛の品位を低くし、インジウムメタルを製造する方法を提供する。【解決手段】浸出液を得る第１工程と、該浸出液に含まれる錫量を低減し、セメンテーション始液を得る第２工程と、該セメンテーション始液からインジウム置換析出物を得る第３工程と、該インジウム置換析出物を電解精製する第４工程と、を含むインジウムメタルの製造方法であって、第３工程のインジウム置換析出物のうち、高亜鉛インジウム析出物を、第２工程で浸出液に添加し、得られた高錫インジウム析出物を除去する。【選択図】図１
