【課題】極めて高い冷間加工性を得ることが可能で、疲労剥離特性にも優れた冷間鍛造プーリ用肌焼鋼を提供する。【解決手段】本発明の冷間鍛造プーリ用肌焼鋼は、質量%で、C:0.05〜0.15%、Si:0.30%以下、Mn:0.80%以下、P:0.030%以下、S:0.030%以下、Cr:1.25〜2.50%、Nb:0.030〜0.15%、s−Al:0.025〜0.060%、N:0.010〜0.030%、を含有し、残部がFe及び不可避不純物からなり、熱間圧延後の鋼材組織がフェライトと、パーライト及び介在物からなる第2相とで構成され、冷間鍛造前の圧延材硬さが75HRB以下で、かつ、鋼材組織中に占める第2相の体積率が25%以下であることを特徴とする。【選択図】図1 |
