Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processing method of lithium ion batteries which, in a heat treatment of lithium ion batteries, can effectively prevent bursting of housings thereof.SOLUTION: The processing method of lithium ion batteries of the present invention is a method of processing the lithium ion batteries by heating, the batteries being enclosed in housings containing aluminum. When raising a temperature of the lithium ion batteries over 400°C, outflow of gas from the housings of the lithium ion batteries is completed while the temperature of the lithium ion batteries are in a range of 200°C to 400°C by controlling a rate of temperature rise of the lithium ion batteries.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】リチウムイオン電池の加熱処理に際し、その筐体の破裂を有効に防止することができるリチウムイオン電池の処理方法を提供する。【解決手段】この発明のリチウムイオン電池の処理方法は、アルミニウムを含む筐体で包み込まれたリチウムイオン電池を加熱して処理する方法であって、リチウムイオン電池の温度を、４００℃を超えて上昇させるに当り、リチウムイオン電池の昇温速度をコントロールすることにより、リチウムイオン電池の温度が２００℃〜４００℃の範囲内にある間に、リチウムイオン電池の筐体内からのガスの流出を終了させる。【選択図】なし
