FEED REPEATING DEVICE FOR SMALL-SIZED FORMED ARTICLE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to deliver a tablet in a target attitude and in the state such that oscillation does not occur.SOLUTION: A repeating device is so provided as to face a connection region between a feeding device and a transport device for a tablet. The repeating device includes a suction belt on which suction holes for sucking the tablet in association with action of a suction force are arranged, sucks the tablet by the suction holes from a guide region on the feeding device side and transfers the tablet, and thereafter, delivers the tablet onto a conveyor belt of the transport device at a suction release position. A height of the suction belt in the connection region is so made as to form a clearance which does not inhibit advancement of the tablet and is so set as to be narrowest at the suction release position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8 【課題】錠剤を目標姿勢且つ揺れが発生しない状態で搬送装置に受け渡すことができるようにする。【解決手段】錠剤の供給装置と搬送装置との接続領域に対向する中継装置を設ける。中継装置は、吸引力の作用に伴って錠剤を吸着する吸着孔を配列した吸着ベルトを含み、供給装置側の案内領域から錠剤を吸着孔に吸着させて移送した後に、吸着解除位置で搬送装置の搬送ベルトに受け渡す。接続領域における吸着ベルトの高さは、錠剤の進行を阻害しない間隙とされるとともに、吸着解除位置で最も狭くなるように設定される。【選択図】図８
