Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain higher adhesive strength in a resin molding sealing an insert component with a synthetic resin.SOLUTION: In a resin molding, a synthetic resin member 20 sealing an insert component 10 having a functional group is formed by adding an adhesive component 20b which adheres to the functional group of the insert component composed of a thermosetting resin or the like to a thermoplastic resin becoming a base polymer 20a; and further, has a structure where adhesive component molecules of required number are dispersed into a continuous phase for obtaining the adhesive strength with the insert component, in a continuous phase and a condensed phase composed of the base polymer and the adhesive component. The functional group of the adhesive component added to the synthetic resin member is chemically reacted with the functional group present at the surface of the insert component to obtain higher adhesive strength. Also provided is a method for confirmation where various conditional setting upon second molding is performed so as to satisfy the conditions, molecular simulation is performed, and, based on this, whether desired adhesive strength can be obtained or not with a synthetic resin member is confirmed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】インサート部品を合成樹脂で封止する樹脂成形体において、より高い接着強度が得られるようにする。【解決手段】樹脂成形体において、官能基を有するインサート部品10を封止する合成樹脂部材20をベースポリマー20aとなる熱可塑性樹脂に、熱硬化性樹脂などで構成されるインサート部品が有する官能基と接着する接着成分20bを添加しまた、ベースポリマーと接着成分とで形成される連続相と凝集相において、インサート部品との接着強度を得るために、連続相内に必要な個数の接着成分分子が分散している構造とし、合成樹脂部材に添加された接着成分の官能基がインサート部品の表面に存在する官能基と化学反応して、より高い接着強度を得ることができる。また、この条件を満たすように、二次成形時の各種条件設定を行って分子シミュレーションを行い、これに基づいて、合成樹脂部材にて所望の接着強度を得ることが可能であることを確認する方法。【選択図】図1
