FLAT BAG MAKING MACHINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flat bag making machine that may not cause wrinkles in a side seal part even if being heat-sealed by using a film having heat shrinkability such as a biaxially oriented ethylene α-olefin random copolymer film, and furthermore, is heat-sealable in a lower temperature.SOLUTION: A bag making machine of a flat bag of the present invention is configured such that at least a surface layer comprises a thermoplastic resin and a film having a side seal part, and the bag making machine includes a seal bar for performing thermocompression bonding of the film while intermittently repeating vertical motion in conformity to the movement of the film. The bag making machine includes a mechanism in which a heat resistant protecting sheet is interposed between the seal bar and the film in a side seal forming part, the heat resistant protecting sheet adheres to the film when the seal bar performs the thermocompression bonding of the film, and the heat resistant protecting sheet is separated from the film when the seal bar is separated from the film.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】二軸延伸エチレン・α-オレフィンランダム共重合体フィルムのような熱収縮性を有するフィルムを用いてヒートシールしてもサイドシール部にシワが発生せず、しかもより低温でヒートシール可能な平袋製袋機を提供することを目的とする【解決手段】本発明は、少なくとも表層が熱可塑性樹脂からなりサイドシール部を有するフィルムからなる平袋の製袋機であり、かつ該フィルムの移動に合わせて間欠的に上下動を繰り返しながら該フィルムを熱圧着するシールバーを備えた製袋機であって、サイドシール形成部において、該シールバーと該フィルムとの間に耐熱性保護シートが介在し、耐熱性保護シートはシールバーがフィルムを熱圧着しているときに該フィルムに密着し、シールバーがフィルムから離れるときには、耐熱性保護シートは該フィルムから離れる機構を備えた製袋機に係る。【選択図】図２
