Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrically-driven processing device with a linear guide which can maintain a high rigidity of a quill, and as the result, can perform machine work with a high accuracy even if a processing tool is rotated at a high speed, and can elongate a life span of the processing tool.SOLUTION: An electrically-driven processing device 10 with a linear guide in which a guide member is provided between a stationery frame 16 and a slide frame 13. In the processing device, the guide member has two linear rails 25, 26 and linear guides 27, 28, the linear rails 25, 26 are firmly attached to a pair of first and second plane parts 22, 23 of the slide frame 13, the linear guides 27, 28 are provided on a pair of third and fourth plane parts 30, 31 of the stationery frame 16, and the first and second plane parts 22, 23 and the third and fourth plane parts 30, 31 are respectively exist on a same plane. According to the processing device, oscillation of the slide frame 13 is prevented, whereby hole opening work can be achieved with a good accuracy.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】クイルの剛性を高く維持可能であり、その結果、加工工具が高速度で回転しても高精度の機械加工が可能で、かつ加工工具の寿命を延長できるリニアガイド付き電動加工装置を提供する。【解決手段】固定フレーム16と摺動フレーム13との間にガイド部材が設けられたリニアガイド付き電動加工装置10において、ガイド部材は、2本のリニアレール25、26と、リニアガイド27、28とを有し、リニアレール25、26は、摺動フレーム13の対となる第1、第2の平面部22、23に固着され、リニアガイド27、28は、固定フレーム16の対となる第3、第4の平面部30、31に設けられ、かつ第1、第2の平面部22、23と、第3、第4の平面部30、31とはそれぞれ同一平面上にあり、摺動フレーム13の振れを防止し、精度のよい孔開け加工が可能となる。【選択図】図1 |
