Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to inactivate prion securely even in the case where an object weak to heat or a narrow tubular object is an object to be sterilized.SOLUTION: After formaldehyde solution is introduced into a disinfection cabinet 1 into which an object to be sterilized is input, the inside of the disinfection cabinet 1 is moved to a high vacuum state, and formaldehyde gas is filled in the inside of the disinfection cabinet 1 by gasifying formaldehyde solution in a high vacuum state. Then, air is sent into the disinfection cabinet 1 to move the inside of the disinfection cabinet 1 from a high vacuum state to a low vacuum state, and the low vacuum state is maintained for a prescribed time. Formaldehyde gas inside the disinfection cabinet 1 actively flows inside the cabinet by the air sent for transition into the low vacuum state, and inactivation effect of prion is promoted.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】熱に弱い物体や細い管状の物体が消毒対象となる場合でも、確実にプリオンを不活化できるようにする。【解決手段】消毒対象物を入れた消毒庫1にホルムアルデヒド溶液を導入した後に、消毒庫1の庫内を高真空状態に移行させ、高真空状態でホルムアルデヒド溶液を気化させることによって消毒庫1の庫内にホルムアルデヒドガスを充満させる。この後、消毒庫1に空気を送り込んで消毒庫1の庫内を高真空状態から低真空状態に移行させ、低真空状態を所定時間維持する。消毒庫1の庫内のホルムアルデヒドガスは、低真空状態への移行のために送り込まれた空気により庫内で活発に流動して、プリオンの不活化効果が促進される。【選択図】図1
