Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas phase controlling cultivation system that can produce high-quality sprouts, particularly by efficiently inhibiting color change, in sprouts produced in a plant factory or the like.SOLUTION: A gas phase controlling cultivation system 10 consists of a cultivation space 1 where a cultivation material P is cultivated; a gas phase controlling means 2 that controls a variety, concentration, and supplying method of the gas supplied to the cultivation material P; and a cultivation management means 3 for performing a treatment required for cultivation. With this configuration, in the present system 10, while the treatment necessary for cultivating the cultivation material P is performed by the cultivation management means 3 on the cultivation material P cultivated in the cultivation space 1, a variety, concentration, and supplying method of the gas supplied are controlled by the gas phase controlling means 2, and thereby a certain quality of the cultivation material P can be improved.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】 植物工場等で生産される発芽野菜において、高品質な発芽野菜、特に効果的に色変化を抑制することのできる、気相制御栽培システムを提供すること。【解決手段】 気相制御栽培システム10は、被栽培物Pの栽培がなされる栽培空間1と、被栽培物Pに対して供給する気体の種類、濃度ならびに供給方法を制御する気相制御手段2と、および栽培に必要な処理を行うための栽培管理手段3とからなる構成とする。かかる構成により本システム10では、栽培空間1において栽培される被栽培物Pに対して、栽培管理手段3によって被栽培物Pの栽培に必要な処理が行われつつ、気相制御手段2によって供給する気体の種類、濃度ならびに供給方法の制御が行われ、それにより被栽培物Pの一定の品質を向上させることができる。【選択図】 図1
