Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting module preventing deterioration of appearance and capable of adjusting distribution of light radiated from a solid light-emitting element without using a lens, and a light-emitting device using the light-emitting module.SOLUTION: A light-emitting module 2 includes a substrate 21, an LED 22 and a support member. The substrate 21 has a flat mounting surface 210. The LED 22 is mounted on the mounting surface 210 of the substrate 21.
