PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the convenience of an image of a subject photographed by a digital camera in a medical site by reducing operation inputs about registration of an electronic medical chart.SOLUTION: A photographing device 102-1 acquires a subject image obtained by photographing a subject with the identification information of the subject acquired, and associates the subject image with the identification information to store the subject image in a storage part. An image based on the subject image is displayed in a display part. Also, first setting is performed by registering the subject image as electronic medical chart information of the subject in accordance with the acquisition of the subject image. Here, second setting is performed by not registering the subject image as electronic medical chart information of the subject in accordance with an operation input to a thumbnail of the subject image subjected to the first setting.
