Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor preceding method capable of more reducing the construction period than the conventional building construction method.SOLUTION: The floor preceding method includes the steps of: constructing an earth retaining wall 2 in an outer periphery part of a site; excavating a ground 1 down to an excavation bottom 1a; constructing a base body 8; constructing a ground floor 7; and subsequently, simultaneously constructing a framework from a lower floor to an upper floor in both underground floor and ground floor at both sides of the previously constructed floor.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1-B 【課題】建物の構築において、従来の工法よりも工期を短縮することができる先行床工法を提供する。【解決手段】敷地の外周部に山止め壁２を構築し、地盤１を掘削して根切り底１ａまで到達した後、基礎躯体８を構築してから地上の床７を先行して構築し、その後、前記先行した床を境に地下と地上とにおいて同時に、それぞれ下層階から上層階へと躯体工事を施工する。【選択図】図１−Ｂ
