Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building with a building body and a rampway (a slope) having ultra-high durability.SOLUTION: A concrete rampway building 2 is the rampway building 2 adjacent to a building body 1 and comprising a foundation and a spirally configured superstructure frame leading to each floor level from the foundation at a prescribed inclination up to a required floor of the building body 1. The superstructure frame is of a rigid frame structure comprising a concrete column and a beam. An expansion joint is provided between the building body 1 and the rampway building 2, the expansion joint having a frictional connection formed at a required press-contacting force by a frictional connection member provided on the building body side and a frictional connection member provided on the rampway building side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】建物本体とランプウェー(スロープ)とに超耐久性を付与した建造物を提供する。【解決手段】コンクリート造ランプウェー建造物2は、建物本体1に隣接して、基礎と、基礎から建物本体1の所要階まで所定の勾配で各階層に繋がる螺旋状に構築された上部構造躯体とを備えたランプウェー建造物2であって、上部構造躯体は、コンクリート製とする柱と梁とで形成されるラーメン構造であり、建物本体1とランプウェー建造物2との間にエキスパンションジョイントが設けられ、エキスパンションジョイントにおいては、建物本体側に設けられた摩擦接続部材とランプウェー建造物側に設けられた摩擦接続部材とが所要の圧着力で摩擦接続が形成されている構成とする。【選択図】図3 |
