Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical supply having not only an anti-thrombotic property but also an anti-inflammatory property.SOLUTION: There is provided a medical supply coated with an A-B-A type block copolymer obtained, for example, by performing a polymerization reaction between 2-methoxyethyl acrylate as a first monomer and 2-(1-carboxy-1-methylethyl sulfanyl thiocarbonyl sulfanyl)-2-methylpropionic acid which is a chain-transfer agent, and then by polymerizing N,N-dimethylacrylamide as a second monomer with the obtained reaction liquid.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】抗血栓性のみならず、抗炎症性を有する医療用具の提供。【解決手段】例えば、第１のモノマーとして２−メトキシエチルアクリレートと、連鎖移動剤である２−（１−カルボキシ−１−メチルエチルスルファニルチオカルボニルスルファニル）−２−メチルプロピオン酸との重合反応を行い、次いで、得られた反応液に第２のモノマーとしてＮ，Ｎ−ジメチルアクリルアミドを重合することにより得られる、Ａ−Ｂ−Ａ型ブロック共重合体でコーティングした医療用具。【選択図】なし
