WIRING MODULE WITH EXTERIOR MEMBER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attach a flexion relaxation member easily, in a mode not damaging the twisted wire, and the like, as much as possible.SOLUTION: A wiring module with an exterior member includes an exterior pipe 22, a first conductive wire-like member 30 passed through the exterior pipe 22, while extending one end from one end side opening 23, a second conductive wire-like member 40 connected with one end of the first conductive wire-like member 30 via a connection 28 on the outside of the one end side opening 23 of the exterior pipe 22, and a fixation relaxation member 50 having one end fixed to the one end side opening 23 of the exterior pipe 22, and extending to or beyond the connection 28 while surrounding the first conductive wire-like member 30, and can be bent and deformed elastically and more easily than the exterior pipe 22. The fixation relaxation member 50 includes a spiral wire-like body 52 formed by connecting two spiral portions 52a, 52b, drawing two spirals so as to surround the first conductive wire-like member 30, at the other end of the fixation relaxation member 50.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 【課題】屈曲緩和部材を、撚り線等をなるべく傷付けない態様で、容易に装着できるようにすることを目的とする。【解決手段】外装部材付配線モジュールは、外装パイプ２２と、外装パイプ２２内に通されると共に一端部が外装パイプ２２の一端側開口部２３から延出している第１導電線状部材３０と、第１導電線状部材３０の一端部に外装パイプ２２の一端側開口部２３よりも外側にある接続部２８を介して接続された第２導電線状部材４０と、一端部が外装パイプ２２の一端側開口部２３に固定されると共に、第１導電線状部材３０を囲みつつ接続部２８まで又は接続部２８を越えるように延出し、外装パイプ２２よりも容易に弾性的に曲げ変形可能な屈曲緩和部材５０とを備える。屈曲緩和部材５０は、第１導電線状部材３０を囲むように２本の螺旋を描く部分５２ａ，５２ｂが屈曲緩和部材５０の他端部で繋がって形成された螺旋線状体５２を含む。【選択図】図４
